| As 1 July gets closer, Ofcom will be increasing the publicity for the two major changes that will come into effect on that day. In the last week, adverts (as shown to the right) have appeared in all national newspapers. A video has been released explaining the changes. I don't know how we condone the immorality of 118 services. I fail to see the added value over the old 192 service that could justify the outrageous fees they charge. Forget about highlighting their costs and ban them completely.
