UCAS and its two expensive numbers

We have played our part in the annual event of 'A' level results day, always characterised by newspaper pictures of leaping pretty girls and complaints about the premium rate services number used by UCAS.
In particular we highlight the improper exploitation - of those facing larger issues than the cost of a telephone call.

The later release highlights the fact that the alternative (0330) number for overseas calls may be used from UK mobiles, but not landlines.
